60 minutes of 1:1 time with Dr. Gepfrey to thoroughly review your health history, current concerns, and discuss next steps, including recommended labs.

Lab Fees – Paid directly to the lab facility

Typically range from $100 to $1,000, depending on necessary testing. Only essential tests will be recommended!

Follow-Up Appointments – $75 (30 minutes)

Personalized treatment plans and progress evaluations after all labs are complete. Additional time billed at $15 per 15-minute increment.

Health Coaching – (30-minute sessions)

Review current health goals, discuss exercises and diet for individuals to make changes without lab testing

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my health insurance for these services?
While many health plans do not cover functional medicine services, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Some lab tests may be covered directly by your insurance- speak with the labs recommended for more information.​
How long will it take for me to feel better?
Each client’s healing journey is unique, and while many see changes within 6 months, it may take longer if you’ve been dealing with a chronic condition for years. We’re committed to your long-term well-being and will guide you every step of the way.
Why are appointments scheduled for this length of time?
Longer appointments allow us to take a comprehensive look at your entire health history, not just the symptoms you're experiencing. This holistic review helps us identify underlying factors and provides a more accurate, personalized treatment approach.
